Artik Creamery's Chocolate Peppermint Patty Ice Cream is a rich, dark chocolate ice cream with chunks of our own chocolate-dipped peppermint patties.
A brand new Artik flavor, Chocolate Peppermint Patty Ice Cream brings together rich, dark Dagoba® chocolate ice cream with the refreshing coolness of our own handmade chocolate-dipped peppermint patties.
We infuse Noble Coffee Roasting’s organic Finca Santa Elena single origin Salvadoran coffee into our old-fashioned organic cream to create a wonderful, full-bodied and nuanced coffee ice cream. Next we use the Italian stracciatella method to add organic white chocolate chips. El Salvador meets Italy in our locally handcrafted Coffee White Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
Super smooth and creamy with the taste of a warm day on a tropical beach, our Coconut Ice Cream is great for an August day in the Rogue Valley.
Despite the cool, wet spring weather, local cherry season was pretty good this year. The cherries are all off the trees and now they are in our local Cherry Sorbet. We sweetened this sorbet with organic cane sugar and add a dash of Clear Creek Distillery’s kirschwasserfor a subtle cherry complexity. Come early if you want to take a pint home! We’ll be serving this special flavor by the scoop too.
