We grow our own kaffir lime along the beautiful North Fork Salmon River in Siskiyou County, California. A common flavor in southeast Asian cuisine, we use kaffir lime in our coconut-based Thai Lime Coconut with Candied Ginger Non-Dairy Ice Cream and in our Kaffir Lime Ice Cream.
Our Sweet Corn Ice Cream is made with the freshest bicolor local sweet corn available and has all the juicy sweetness without the kernels.
For bright, fresh flavor, we use Meyer lemons from our friends at Four Winds Growers in Winters, California. They are the most local citrus grower to our area and actually helped develop the exceptional Meyer lemon that is now so common in fine cuisine.
